What is NTGCSA
The NTGSCA is a charge that is levied by the National Telecommunications General Services Charge Association. This organization was created in order to assess and collect charges for the use of telecommunications services within the United States. The NTGSCA is responsible for setting the rates that telecom providers must pay in order to use specific types of telecommunications infrastructure, such as switches and trunk lines. These rates are set by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and are designed to recovery the costs associated with providing these services. The NTGSCA also collects data from telecom providers in order to help the FCC determine whether or not the rates should be changed. In addition, the NTGSCA provides information about the telecommunications industry to members of Congress and other interested parties.
