PAYPAL *QFFL

If you've ever used PayPal, you may have noticed a charge called "QFFl." This stands for "Qualified Foreign Financial Institution," and it's a fee that PayPal charges on certain transactions. Essentially, QFFl is a way for PayPal to recoup the costs of processing payments from foreign banks. When you make a payment to a Qualified Foreign Financial Institution, PayPal will charge you a fee of 2.5% of the transaction amount. This fee is in addition to any other fees that may apply, such as currency conversion fees. So, if you're making a payment to a foreign bank using PayPal, be aware that you may be charged an additional fee.
